Today has been FUCKNUTS
Let me elaborate...
- Let's keep in mind that I've been rolling now for about 36 hours...and counting
- after a night of no sleep listening to music, I got out of bed at 5 AM...
and jogged 2.5 miles...for some reason
- seeing as how I haven't eaten anything in two days and hadn't hydrated myself properly (not to mention ecstacy's dehydrating properties) I threw up all over the bathroom as soon as I tried to drink water after running
- Following all of this, I proceeded to do some laundry and clean
- Left to go to bestbuy to get my new car stereo
- dropped off my car for installation, and proceeded to walk home, another 2 mile hike, 1 mile of which was barefoot due to the fact that my shoe was slicing the FUCK out of my achilles tendon
- and now I'm about to chill, 4/20 style, I've had enough excitement for one day I think

Not much has been going on. I pretty much sit around all day and do nothing, unless we're playing a show or finishing up vocals in the studio

I was also informed recently that HORSE is playing with us on the 17th in Ft. Walton, which I really really hope is accurate info.

SO this weekend was fucking awesome
(yeah I'm actually writing in here)
SO. Let me start over.
Really, this week was awesome.
On Wednesday we finished the first song off our new record, which is as of now untitled and probably not even going to be released until next year around this time.
I like it alot. It's definitely MURDERED
We had a show in FL this weekend, and we decided to ride down Friday night instead of leaving early Sat. morning, since load in was at 12.
We ended up sleeping in the van in the Wal-Mart parking lot.
It was badass. Kind of.
We fucking killed saturday and sold out of CD's, thank God.
We had enough gas $ to get home.
Yesterday I spent the entire day with Lauren and it was so damn nice.
I loooooooove that girl.
Tomorrow my brother, myself, and Lauren are all going to FL for Thanksgiving until sunday and I can't wait.
I'm jobless, well furnished, in love, in a great band, and always in the company of amazing people.
Looks like I have alot to be thankful for this year.

Well, Lauren's taking a shower right now so I figured since I have some time on my hands I might as well update this thing for anyone who still reads it.
Things right now...are amazing. I'm so in love, and the band is doing fucking killer.
Not to mention, I just moved into my new apt.
It's my first one bedroom and my first time really living on my own.
I love it, but that's not to say that not living with Nick isn't bumming me out...just a bit
After taking forever and waiting, I'm finally getting the rest of my half-sleeve done this saturday
I went to an appt. with Bill on sunday and he's trying to finish drawing it up by wednesday
I would get it done on friday but we've got a show in AL and I just can't miss that, so this sat. will have to do.
I saw someone getting work done from the new artist at Liberty, he used to play bass in H2O (remember that band?!)
Anyway, hes amazing. Some guy was getting his chest piece done and it was looking like it was coming along nicely.
So, aside from all that, we still have no graphic design done for our CD, or at least no one has sent us anything...

Alright
The CD is done
Once we have the graphic design done we're getting it pressed
I've got a check for $1700 in my pocket, so this isn't a pipe dream
It's gonna be $8 when we start selling them
One problem though
We need help with the design
Probably about 15 of you that read this fucking thing are good at that shit
SO if you can please, help us out
If we can get all of our design proofs done and sent in with our master copy before 9/28/05 we can get all 1000 of our CDs by 10/14/05
We need our CDs ASAP, as not having them is the only thing thats keeping us from going on tour.
There's no point in leaving for tour if you don't have any merch to sell to help raise money.

We'll be selling three song demos tomorrow night at our show at The Penny II

Tomorrow night is the for real last show at The Penny II
Same lineup as last weekend minus Slaying Amy

100% of the proceeds go to The Penny II to help out for the awesome folks that they are
and who knows, enough people show up, they might be able to pay rent and not have to close down
I get to spend the entire weekend with my baby and I couldn't be happier
